Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is included on every order. No minimums and no hidden conditions. We believe caring for your pet should be simple and stress free from start to finish.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4 to 9 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus is on providing the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will let our community know first.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply contact us at info@mypetsplaza.com and we will guide you through the return process.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
